Snacking is one of my all-time favorite pasttimes and while I’m not a huge store-bought potato chip fan, homemade baked chips are a totally different ballgame. When you make chips at home you get the luxury of seasoning them exactly to your liking. With this simple, yet tasty, Homemade Baked Potato Chip recipe you’ll be snacking in no time!
– 2 lbs. russet potatoes, sliced
– 3 tbsp. olive oil
– 2 tbsp. chives, diced
– 2 tsp. sea salt
– 2 tsp. black pepper
Prep time: 5 minutes – Cook time: 35 minutes
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, coat well.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix potato slices, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped chives. Toss until well combined.
3. Arrange seasoned potato slices evenly across the baking sheet, spacing evenly. Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown & crisp.
Enjoy chips with a dip or all on their own!
